BAKU, Mar 3 (PRIME) -- State oil company of Azerbaijan SOCAR is in negotiations on a long-term supply deal to Belarus with petrochemical company Belneftekhim, spokesman Ibragim Akhmedov told PRIME on Tuesday.
“SOCAR is in negotiations with Belarusian holding Belneftekhim on oil supplies, the contract has not been signed,” Akhmedov said.
Belarus has not agreed on the terms of oil imports with the majority of Russian companies, and its refineries are only half loaded in March.
